Basil Vinaigrette

2 cloves garlic crushed ½ cup red basil vinegar, red wine vinegar can substitute 2 tablespoons water ½ teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon white pepper ½ teaspoons dry mustard 2 teaspoon basil leaves dried ½ teaspoon sugar ½ cup olive oil Combine all ingredients except oil and mix well. Add oil and mix again. Vary amounts of garlic, salt and other ingredients to taste. Stores refrigerated, but allow to come to room temperature to use.
