Arugula Walnut Salad

6 cups arugula, washed and dried

1 head of radicchio chopped

¼ cup walnuts toasted

1 apple, sliced and grilled

2 tablespoons Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese

1 Tablespoons olive oil

juice from 2 lemons


Toss together the arugula, radicchio, walnuts, apples and cheese. Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice on top.
