Put through a ricer or a sieve…or not I didn’t just blended the fruit up as best as possible.
3 ½ cups canned or fresh apricots
2 ¼ cups orange juice
6 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup sugar
Stir in a pot, bring to boil for 5 minutes. Chill then churn freeze.
