The Bay Area CSA Enrollment: If interested please email Kristina Isberg with your mailing address or contact information and she will send info out for the next enrollment period. To join the Bay Area CSA, please complete the Commitment form and send it in. The current enrollment period is now for the Summer Season. Clusters: When you become a member, you will be assigned to a cluster, which is a group of families in your neighborhood. Your cluster leader will contact you about dates you can sort, as part of the process of setting the sort schedule. Distribution: According to your cluster's sort schedule, you will be expected to sort vegetables periodically on Saturday Morning at 8:00 am at the Native Plant Society in the Presidio. Sorting includes taking all of the vegetables and allocating the proper quantities to each share. Each member will sort about three times during the season. On the Saturdays when you do not sort, your basket will be delivered to your door by other members of you cluster (except for East Bay and Marin clusters who have a central drop location. members in these locations will need to pick up their vegetables from there.) A complete sorting guide with instructions will be provided at the beginning of each season. Baskets: Each shareholder is asked to purchase two baskets ($7 each), which will be used in the sorting and distribution process. Please remember to send $14 with your deposit. Splitting shares: The basket you receive each week is designed to feed 2-3 people. You may wish to split a share with another family if a full share would be to much for you. For More Information If you have questions or
concerns, please don’t hesitate to call or email Kristina Isberg. Or if you
know anyone who might be interested in becoming a member, please call Kristina
with their name and address and she will mail them the information. Kristina Isberg KI@HiNeighborBand.com
