Fruits, Vegetables, Flowers and Herbs
Good Humus is a farm that grows a great variety of fruits and vegetables every season. We grow a diversity of crops, always planting produce that is full of flavor and some varieties that can not be found at the supermarkets. With the variability of weather, climate and the seasonal farming challenges can create varied availabilities from year to year. The produce list is a list of every thing that we have grown, most of which we try to have every year.
Specialty Items:
We also have a fair amount of specialty items items such as jams and jellies. Nearly all of these items are grown or made by Annie with help from whoever she can find.

Jams and Jellies are made from only our fresh fruit and herbs from the farm. We like to make specialty products from our old fruit varieties and with old fashion recipes which makes them more unusual. They are made during the fruit season in small batches, so they are in limited supply and occasionally we sell out before more is made.

Dried Fruit is done every year using the ripest of that years pick. The dried fruit is unsulfured and dried in the hot California summer sun

The Dried Herbs are from our small perennial herb garden. We dry them during the growing season to make herb blends and teas for the rest of the year

Wreaths are made from our dried spring and summers flowers. We make them in the fall and winter months for the holiday season. You can find them at the farmers market, or you can call us to make your special orders.
Your orders will be delivered to Good Humus CSA drop sites. or If you are interested in ordering, and are not a CSA member, fill out the order form and we will ship a minimum of 6 jars (shipping will vary and be added to your cost). If you have questions call us at 530-787-3187.
