Fall 2007 Agricultural
& Art Fair and Auction
GHP invites creative souls to participate in bringing artists together with farmers to inspire all of us to work together to preserve farmland in Yolo County.
Painters, photographers, sculptors, muralists, writers, dramatists, composers, musicians, and galleries are welcome to participate in what we hope will be an annual event revolving around local farm landscape art and farmland preservation.
THE GOAL: Preserving the agricultural landscape for future generations
WHAT WE OFFER: Off-the-beaten path inspiration and a special event to showcase your work
HOW YOU CAN PARTICIPATE: Individuals or groups are welcome to arrange appointments to visit the farm during the coming year.
GHP is organizing a farmland preservation fundraiser involving a Fall Art Fair starting in 2007 at the Davis Farmers Market, with simultaneous openings at galleries in Davis and Woodland showcasing the works created "on farm".
